The Finance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Finance Manager will work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insights and make recommendations for financial strategies to improve the financial performance of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support decision-making
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and board of directors
- Manage and monitor the budget, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to support efficient financial operations
- Advise management on financial matters and recommend strategies to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting - Experience with financial analysis and financial modeling - Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software - CPA/CFA or MBA is a plus.
